Natural coir and wool are used around the frame, while three different cushion constructions allow the feel of the sofa to be tailored from relaxed all-feather through to more supportive alternatives.

Designed by Daniel Schofield for Another Country, Another Sofa combines the generous comfort of traditional upholstered furniture with a lighter and more architectural expression.

Rather than allowing the upholstered body to continue heavily to the floor, the sofa sits above a refined timber base and slender legs. This creates a clear visual distinction between the softness of the cushions and the structure supporting them, giving Another Sofa its characteristic lightness.

Natural materials continue beneath the visible upholstery, with coir and wool used around the solid timber frame. Different cushion constructions allow the character of the sofa to be adjusted from the relaxed softness of feather to more supportive foam-and-feather and natural-latex alternatives.

Each sofa is handmade in Norfolk, England, combining Daniel Schofield's contemporary design with specialist British upholstery making.
